Adware is any software application in which advertising is displayed while the program is running. Currently Claria maintains that only user's first name, postal/zip code, and country are sent to GAIN Publishing.
It is noteworthy that there are different versions of the Gator application in circulation and each version is governed by a seperate privacy policy. Consumers should read and understand the privacy policy that corresponds to the version they are using.
